Straight answers
Do I need my MLS board to approve this?
Yes, and it is routine. You sign an IDX agreement with your board the same way you would for any other site. We handle the technical onboarding and the display compliance — the copyright line, the disclaimer, the broker and agent attribution — per that board's own rules.
Can I bring my contacts over from kvCORE or BoomTown?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current platform and import it directly. The importer accepts the column names those exports use, and matches on email so re-running it updates rather than duplicating.
Can I use my own domain instead of a subdomain?
Not yet — today every team gets yourname.realsimpli.com, with your branding and your leads. Custom domains are on the roadmap and not built, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have moved. If owning the domain outright is a condition of switching, say so and we will tell you honestly where it sits.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it. Contacts, conversations and transaction history are yours and exportable at any time. There is no exit fee and no notice period, because the month-to-month terms make one unnecessary.
